  Do NOT bother with these people. You want to see your doctor? Forget it. No one answers the phone. They purposely say in their answering messages that they WILL NOT call anyone back. How low does a place have to be were their receptionists tell patients sorry, not sorry, but we don't care about you (basically). 3 days I've been trying to talk to someone to see my doctor but all I get is a stupid answering machine.

  the waiting time is unacceptable, my mother and I had to wait for an hour and a half for them to call us in. I rather go to my doctor in toronto.

  The office has very typical wait times. Usual office procedures. Doctors split time between office hours and hospital duties. Dr Myatt is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Unfortunately waiting for appointments is pretty standard across Ontario. But the doctors here are good.

  Phone is always busy, only ever get machine that does not actually let you do anything... Just tells you noones free... Any time i go there its a hassle about roster and whether im supposed to yet i've been going there for years and don't go elsewhere
